By accessing or using ProjectPathshala's website, WhatsApp services, or any coaching sessions booked through us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Student" or "the User") and ProjectPathshala.

Nature of Our Services

ProjectPathshala is a personalized academic coaching and guidance platform. Our services include:

• One-on-one coaching sessions on research methodology, academic writing structure, and study skills
• Guidance on dissertation, thesis, and final year project structure and approach
• Statistical analysis concept coaching and interpretation guidance
• Topic selection and synopsis development coaching
• Viva voce and presentation preparation coaching
• SOP and resume structure guidance

Academic Integrity — Your Responsibility

By using ProjectPathshala's services, you explicitly confirm and agree that:

• All academic work you submit to your institution is your own original work
• You will not use our coaching services to facilitate, enable, or support academic dishonesty of any kind
• You understand and will comply with your institution's academic integrity and plagiarism policies
• You will not misrepresent our coaching sessions as anything other than legitimate academic support
• You will not request our coaches to write, complete, or produce academic work on your behalf

ProjectPathshala reserves the right to immediately terminate services and forfeit all fees paid if a student is found to be misusing our platform in violation of academic integrity standards.

Eligibility

To use ProjectPathshala's services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be enrolled in or applying to a recognized academic institution or program
• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your academic requirements
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

By using our services, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. ProjectPathshala reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Booking, Payment & Session Terms

The following terms apply to all coaching sessions booked through ProjectPathshala:

• All sessions must be paid for in advance unless a specific credit arrangement has been agreed in writing
• Session fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges
• Payment confirmation must be received before a session is scheduled and confirmed
• Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes unless otherwise specified at the time of booking
• ProjectPathshala reserves the right to adjust session pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect already-paid sessions.
• Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our full Refund Policy is available at projectpathshala.com/refund-policy. A summary is provided below:

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before session: Full refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund (exceptions for genuine emergencies at our discretion)
• No-show without notice: No refund
• Session cancelled by ProjectPathshala: Full refund or free rescheduling offered
• Unsatisfactory session: Contact us within 24 hours — we will review and offer a resolution

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Code of Conduct

Both students and coaches are expected to maintain professional, respectful conduct throughout all interactions with ProjectPathshala. The following are not permitted:

• Abusive, offensive, or disrespectful language or behavior toward coaches or staff
• Sharing or distributing session recordings without explicit written consent
• Attempting to contact coaches outside of ProjectPathshala's agreed communication channels for unauthorized purposes
• Misrepresenting the nature of our services to your institution or any third party
• Using our sessions in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Intellectual Property

ProjectPathshala's content: All content on our website — including text, design, graphics, and educational frameworks — is the intellectual property of ProjectPathshala and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Your academic work: Any academic work, research, or writing produced by you during or as a result of coaching sessions belongs entirely to you. ProjectPathshala does not claim any ownership over your academic submissions.

Coaching materials: Any frameworks, templates, or study materials shared by your coach during sessions are provided for your personal academic use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

Limitation of Liability

ProjectPathshala's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

ProjectPathshala is not liable for:

• Academic results, grades, or outcomes from your institution
• Decisions made by your institution regarding your submitted work
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our services
• Technical issues outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages or platform failures
• Any loss resulting from your failure to follow coaching guidance or complete required work

Disclaimer of Warranties & Results

ProjectPathshala provides coaching and guidance services on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific academic grades, marks, or results
• Approval of your topic, synopsis, or project by your institution
• Viva voce outcomes or evaluation panel decisions
• Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery

Our coaches provide their best professional guidance based on their expertise. Academic outcomes depend on your own effort, the quality of your work, and your institution's evaluation process — all of which are beyond our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of ProjectPathshala's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally before pursuing legal remedies.

Changes to These Terms

ProjectPathshala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
