We believe in fair, transparent, and honest policies. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any coaching session.
Full Refund
Session cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled time
Partial Refund
Session cancelled within 24 hours — 50% refund may apply in special cases
No Refund
No-show without prior notice or sessions already completed
Our Refund Philosophy
At ProjectPathshala, we are committed to delivering high-quality academic coaching and guidance. We understand that circumstances change — and we want to be fair to both our students and our coaches.
This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for coaching sessions booked through ProjectPathshala. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
The following table outlines our refund policy based on when a cancellation is made:

Special Cases & Exceptions
We understand that genuine emergencies happen. The following circumstances may qualify for an exception to our standard policy — at ProjectPathshala's discretion:
- Medical emergencies with supporting documentation
- Bereavement or serious family emergency
- Technical failure on our platform preventing the session from taking place
- Coach no-show or significant delay (more than 15 minutes without notice)
To request a special case refund, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the scheduled session with relevant details.
If You Are Unsatisfied With a Session
We take the quality of our coaching seriously. If you feel a session did not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will:
- Review your feedback with the coach
- Offer a replacement session with a different coach where appropriate
- Work to resolve the issue fairly and promptly
Please note that dissatisfaction based on the complexity of the subject or difficulty of the academic task does not qualify for a refund — our coaches provide guidance and coaching, not guaranteed outcomes.
Package & Bundle Refunds
For students who have purchased session packages or bundles:
- Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 7 days of purchase
- Partially used packages are refunded for unused sessions only
- No refund is provided for packages once more than 50% of sessions have been used
- Package validity and terms are specified at the time of purchase
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Updates to This Policy
ProjectPathshala reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly and will apply to bookings made after the update date. For sessions booked before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of booking applies.
